I’m Marcin Marcewicz, co-founder of Vesta Property and a specialist in property deal sourcing. I believe that every investor is different — and so is every deal. It involves researching the market, analysing data, viewing properties, negotiating prices, and ensuring the numbers stack up — all before presenting the opportunity to a client. A good deal sourcer doesn’t just offer any property — they offer the right one, backed by careful work and honest judgement. It’s a service built on trust, experience, and attention to detail.
